We offer to the marketplace the EBRO Armaturens Butterfly Valves. The
worlds most Advanced valve designs of their kind. Our Rubber Lined Butterfly
Valves feature our patented liner locked system that secures the liner
to the body maximizing service life by eliminating liner movement. As
a Butterfly Valve Disc comes to the closed position, typical butterfly
valves will allow the liner to move away from the casting on the inside.
This movement leads to premature wear and subsequent valve failure.
EBRO Armaturen utilizes their Patented Location Locked Liner System
to counteract the movement inherent in other manufacturers design. EBRO
also includes as STANDARD, (3) Radial bearing in all of their valve
designs from the smallest 1" valve up through their 100+ inch valves.
The Brass Bearings are located at the top of the operator pad, and one
on each side of the disc. Compare this against the leading brands and
you will find that most other manufacturers have NO bearings in their
valves. Those that do typically offer a single plastic bearing at the
top of the mounting pad.
